Note to Buyers and Sellers of items on this Collectors website

• All sales go through our private server
• Unless printed in ad items posted are proptery of collectorspickers.com and are posted to sell, the buyer will deal directly with collecotorspickers.com as the seller
• CollectorsPicker.com rely's on the seller to provide accurate information for the listing, anything the seller states that cannot be authenticated by 3rd party will not be published, thats why some ads will have little details
• All messages are processed to the buyer and seller through our private server
• Once payment is made, the buyer and seller will have full contact details of each other, if for some reason you would like to withhold your contact details, please let us know and we will ask the seller if that is ok, or the buyer if that is ok....if you have any questions please ask us
• Some items listed are owned by CollectorsPickers.com giving you more comfort in buying
• For authentication of any item, ask us or the seller to send better pictures to you or ask us to take the item to the closest agreeable authentication company for third party authentication
• The pictures will be emailed or a CD or USB can be mailed to the buyer with the buyer paying for this service. Payment will be made to the seller of the item to recover any costs incurred in producing the pictures on CD  or usb.
• Once agreement has taken place by the seller and buyer the sale will go through, and the sale will be final unless the seller agrees to take back the item.  All the fee’s paid to CollectorsPicker.com will remain with no refund of these fee’s
• It is clearly understood that any pictures of these items are owned by the seller of the items until such time the ownership has been sold to the person or company wishing to reproduce the items.
• So no reproduction in any form is permitted of these items for any reason without written consent by the seller of the items
• The seller of these items will publish their contact info in these ads if they wish, if there is no contact info then use the contact email system for each ad
• CollectorsPicker.com or the owners of this website or service is not responsible for the items being sold or bought. Any disagreement will be between the seller and the buyer and once the transaction has taken place the buyer will have full contact info for the seller.
• These as well as any unpublished policies will remain in effect until we deem then not in use. Unpublished policies or questions you have, we suggest you contact us for a written response to the question.  Our unpublished policy will remain as our guide to resolve any issues
